The communication with the store was really good, they are very kind and responsive to their customers and answered any questions I had, made sure the address was correct and what kind of shipping I wanted. These are the shoes I ordered:


I wanted the white ones but they were out of stock, unfortunately ): Anyway! Dressgal warned me that I would be taking the risk of getting taxed if I chose the 'gift' option, but I chose it anyway and YES I GOT TAXED. Maybe you won't have this problem if you live in another country, but recently Brazil has been taxing a lot of imported products and the tax sometimes is +60% of the package price. In my case, the item+shipping was around 17 USD and I had to pay an extra 15 USD in taxes so... Sucks to be brazilian. They sent the product on October 12 and it arrived at the post office on November 24, it was really fast, considering that imported products can take up to 4 months to arrive here.
The product came in a standard gray bag and there was no bubble wrap or anything, inside was just the shoe box that was all smashed and ripped but I blame this on the mail because I know they're not careful at all.
The shoes are the same as in the picture and they're easily some of my favorite shoes. They're VERY light so that might be a sign they aren't very resistant but they are really cheap so it's worth it. As long as you're careful, they should last for quite some time. This was my first experience with Dressgal and I’m definitely satisfied, would recommend them and buy from them in the future. Thank you for this opportunity!
